Second shooters play a vital role in ensuring that all the beautiful moments and emotions of wedding days are expertly preserved!
As you support my small business, treat these clients like they're yours. Here are some important rules to follow:
Always shoot in RAW.
Please make sure your camera file setting is set to RAW with auto white balance. I cannot compensate you for JPEG images.
Be a fly on the wall.
During the event, please refrain from recounting frightening tales, using profanity, or offering unsolicited guidance. Instead, focus on being attentive and allowing the wedding attendees to engage in conversations amongst themselves.
Please use a variety of shooting techniques and perspectives to capture a unique shot. Experiment with different angles and focal lengths to introduce diversity into the images. Take a blend of horizontal and vertical shots to offer a well-rounded collection. I am committed to collaborating closely with you throughout the day to ensure we consistently document a diverse range of moments.
Our primary focus will be on the meaningful connections shared among families and friends. From group poses to candid shots, let’s make it our goal to capture the essence and unique personalities of everyone involved.
Don't interrupt the 'in-between'
.
It may feel natural to quickly volunteer for small tasks, such as assisting the bride as she walks with her dress. Please remember to let family and friends lend a hand instead. These spontaneous moments of support make for beautiful captures.
** As I focus on formal family portraits, walk around and snap while family is waiting.
These candids will be some of the most precious photos in their gallery!
